ATLANTIC AVIATION TO ADD RIFLE JET CENTER FBO
Acquisition Will Reinforce Atlantic's Presence in the Rocky Mountains Region

December 6, 2007

Dallas, TX – December 06, 2007
On November 30, 2007, Dallas-based Atlantic Aviation completed the acquisition of Rifle Air,LLC (“Rifle”). Rifle is an FBO operator located at the Garfield County Regional Airport in Rifle, Colorado. The Rifle site will be combined with Atlantic’s existing nationwide network of 69 FBOs.

“Adding the Rifle FBO to our network will complement our nearby Aspen FBO and allow Atlantic to better serve customers in the Rocky Mountains region,” said Atlantic CEO, Louis T. Pepper.

The integration of the newly-acquired FBO is expected to be completed in December 2007. The effort will include the deployment of Atlantic’s marketing programs and a re-branding of the facility. Over the past two years, Atlantic has acquired and integrated the FBO networks of Trajen, Supermarine and Mercury air Centers.

The existing management and staff of Rifle will remain in their current roles and operate within Atlantic’s existing regional management structure.
