Our lead customer service representative in Cleveland, OH (CLE), Peggy Johanson, is so much more than just a valued worker. She is a selfless woman with a generous heart that has a calling to care for people, which is exactly how she became Atlantic’s 2021 Employee of the Year.

What started as a friendship years ago has blossomed through the years. Now, it’s more like family. And that’s why this story is an incredible reflection of our Atlantic culture, and it’s the reason why Gwen Wiggins of our Boca Raton, FL (BCT) location is our 2020 Atlantic Employee of the Year.

Mary Monahan is a superb employee. She seizes every opportunity to make someone’s day and focuses on each and every customer. She chooses her attitude before coming into work and loves what she does. When Donald Kolessar, a WWII and Korean War veteran, and long time Atlantic visitor, shared with Mary that there was one aircraft he’d always wanted to fly in, Mary took notice.

There is one word that sums up the actions of our Atlantic Employee of the Year, and that word is DEDICATION. Sawyer King, line service technician from Atlantic Elmira (ELM) didn’t let the harsh winter weather get in his way. Instead, he did whatever it took to report to work for his scheduled shift.

It's an honor to announce our 2017 Employee of the Year, Charlene Gueho from our New Orleans (MSY) location. Charlene's caring spirit doesn't go unnoticed, in fact, she was nominated last year by coworker Claudia Lovett and awarded an Attitude is Everything Pin.
