Reflecting on 2013: 6 Stories of Outstanding Customer Service
When I look back at 2013, I’m amazed how many Atlantic employees have a shared passion for helping others. I received countless phone calls and emails relaying stories of our employees going “above and beyond” the call of duty. Some of the stories were astonishing at the lengths an employee went to help a customer. Others were small, thoughtful gestures that made a big impression. What really hit home for me, though, was how dedicated our employees are to great service - the Atlantic Attitude.

2014...And the Momentum Builds
Recently in Plano, Texas, we were hit by a substantial ice storm. The region was paralyzed. You could hardly get out of your door. Then if you could get to your car, you couldn't go anywhere. Why? Because you couldn't get any traction. You see, you need traction to build momentum.

This month, Atlantic Aviation recognizes Brenda Smith of Atlantic's New Orleans FBO (MSY) for her outstanding customer service. Brenda's ability to anticipate and deliver on customer needs exemplifies her embodiment of the Atlantic Attitude, and it shows on a daily basis.
