Employee Showcase: Brenda Smith

This month, Atlantic Aviation recognizes Brenda Smith of Atlantic's New Orleans FBO (MSY) for her outstanding customer service. Brenda's ability to anticipate and deliver on customer needs exemplifies her embodiment of the Atlantic Attitude, and it shows on a daily basis.


A recent example of Brenda's dedication to delivering quality service comes from a customer who visited Atlantic New Orleans. He came in expecting the great customer experience that Atlantic is known for – the friendly, courteous staff, rental car planeside and hotel reservations for the crew – but was astounded by Brenda's desire to make his experience even better.


When the customer arrived, he had some documents that needed to be printed for the plane's owner on the trip home. Upon her first try to print the color documents, the printer would only produce black and white copies. Though the customer was content, Brenda went out of her way to produce color copies and left them at his hotel's front desk. "Now...THAT is great customer service," he wrote. "Above and beyond in my opinion. I will recommend this FBO to all of my friends and associates."


This of course is just one small example of Brenda's commitment to our customers. In her time with Atlantic Aviation, Brenda has earned two Attitude Is Everything pins for exceptional service and hospitality.
