More Than a Name: It's Who We Are & What We Do
CONTRIBUTOR: Jay Hamby

Wow, what a busy time it's been lately! As I've given this some thought, I realize that it's been an exciting time for all of us at Atlantic Aviation. It feels a little like it did back in 2005-2007, when Atlantic was expanding faster than any FBO organization in general aviation.
With the recent acquisition of Hangar 10 and the Galaxy Aviation chain, it's no wonder this has a similar feel for many of us. This also comes at a time when we are reinvesting in the various aspects of our business and renovating many of the locations throughout the company. Is it any surprise that we are feeling a little bit busier?
I remember something our CEO Lou Pepper said a few years ago, "We didn't set out to be the biggest FBO network; our goal is to the best FBO network in the industry." Our actions are now speaking louder than our words.
In my opinion, what sets us apart in the industry is our uncompromising focus on safety and service. However, we couldn't achieve all of our recognized goals without having an incredible team of dedicated employees that are woven into the fabric that is Atlantic Aviation. Over the years, during interviews with prospective line service technicians (LSTs) and customer service reps (CSRs), I've often been asked the same questions, "What is Atlantic Aviation and what do you do?" I believe that Atlantic isn't as much about the bricks and mortar that make up our physical locations, it's really more about the quality employees who provide the highest standard of service in support of our operations. It's as simple as people serving other people.
To be successful, it's important to be committed – to our customers, the general aviation industry and each other.
Our Customers
We are dedicated to our customers with support services and facilities of the highest quality and industry standard. Through sincere motives of providing you a valued service experience, we always seek to remain worthy of your support and trust.
Our Industry
We strive to be a premier aviation service and support company that provides the highest quality of dedicated service to our customers, with an uncompromising focus on safety, while seeking a fair return on the investments we've made.
Each Other
We treat each other as we would want to be treated, with respect and appreciation. We share the responsibility for and satisfaction of maintaining a supportive environment where each of us can benefit from the prosperity we achieve by working to our fullest potential.
Thanks to you, Atlantic is well on its way to becoming the best FBO network in the industry.
