The secret to our success? Simple. We hire amazing people who love what they do. And empower them to deliver amazing experiences. At Atlantic, we create an environment where our team can grow, have fun, and spread their wings. Because we know when they shine, you’ll feel at home.

Attitude

Ever heard of the “Atlantic Attitude?” It’s more than a catchphrase—it’s a part of every day. From surprising passengers to brighten their day or making the best of an unavoidable weather delay, we empower our team to make every moment memorable.

Safety

We take safety seriously.

And our CEO, Jeff Foland, is our biggest safety champion. Under his leadership, we’ve pioneered industry-first programs, cutting-edge training, and a culture where safety is always priority #1 at each and every location.

Training

We believe in giving our people the tools they need to succeed by investing in top-notch equipment, training, and safety programs. Our Atlantic Certified Employee (ACE) program ensures proper procedures for fueling, towing, and other tasks. And our rigorous Tow Certification program puts ramp workers to the test to ensure every team member is ready to handle any situation—rain, shine, wind, or snowstorm.
