For every 100 gallons of Jet A fuel you purchase per trip, at participating locations, an Award worth $4 can be assigned to a member of your flight department at the time of invoicing.

Trip Awards are earned based on the number of times you visit Atlantic Aviation locations. Visit participating Atlantic locations, achieve specific trip milestones, and get rewarded even more with additional Awards called Trip Awards.

A trip milestone is earned when you validate your Atlantic Awards from a trip. Visit any participating Atlantic location, earn Atlantic Awards, validate your Awards - and you've just achieved a trip milestone for that trip. Maximum of two participants can earn a trip milestone per trip.

Achieve a trip milestone and you earn additional Atlantic Awards called Trip Awards.

It's an automatic process! Trip Awards can be tracked in your Atlantic Gateway account. Once you've reached a trip milestone, Trip Awards will automatically be assigned to you within one business day.

Atlantic Awards can be earned at most Atlantic locations, but they are not available for fuel purchases at Hyannis, MA (HYA) and St. George's, Bermuda (BDA). Additionally, Double Awards are not available at Hawaii locations.

No. Since Awards are tied to a specific fuel purchase, they can only be validated once.

Awards are not to be bartered, sold or gifted. They can be transferred to another employee within the flight department to which they were earned and requires acceptance.

Generally, after successful registration, Atlantic Awards that are validated will fund periodically throughout the day and be available within 24 hours. Please note that no Awards may be loaded to your Atlantic Awards Card until you meet the minimum of 50 awards ($200) in each calendar year.

Yes, Atlantic Awards must be validated by January 5th of the following year in which they were earned.

Yes, Atlantic Awards that are transferred also must be validated by January 5th of the following year in which they were earned, regardless of when they were transferred.

The amount loaded displays the total YTD that has been funded to you. This can be different from the amount of Atlantic Awards earned within the same year. Check your Atlantic Awards history by reviewing the My Awards section when logged in and searching by program year.

Once you meet the calendar year threshold of 50 Awards ($200) and successfully register for the Atlantic Awards Visa Card, it will arrive funded with your validated Atlantic Awards. Any additional Atlantic Awards that you validate during the same calendar year will automatically fund to your card, so don't throw it away!

After successful registration, please allow 7-10 business days for the delivery of your card.

Cards will be mailed to the address provided during the card registration process.

Atlantic Awards that have been funded to your Atlantic Awards Card will carry over from year to year until your card's expiration date.

There is an Inactivity Fee of $4.95, subject to applicable law, after 365 days of no activity (if funds are available on Card), a Lost/Stolen Card Replacement Fee of $15.00, and Expedited Shipment of Card Fee of $35.00. For more information, visit mydashcard.com.

Individuals only are eligible to participate in Atlantic Awards. All registrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. A valid U.S. issued Social Security Number and U.S. address must be provided for Visa's verification process.

Some flight departments are not eligible for Awards at specific locations or nationwide.

You will be assessed taxes for annual income of $2,000 or more. The Amount Funded This Year on Awards page in your Gateway account will match the amount on your 1099 form. A 1099 will only be issued if you meet the $2,000 income level.

Please note that the $2,000 annual income amount was effective beginning in the 2026 tax year and increased from $600 previously.
