We're Moving from American Express Serve® to a reloadable Visa® Card
Due to the discontinuation of the American Express Serve® program, we're transitioning the Atlantic Awards funding process to a new reloadable Visa® Card.
Awards Card Transition
Your Awards are safe! Keep earning and validating your Atlantic Awards during this transition.
When you become eligible you will be able to register for the new Atlantic Awards Visa Card - launching in June 2025.
Beginning May 8, 2025 - Transition Begins
New American Express Serve Cards will no longer be issued.
If you have an existing Serve Card, Atlantic Awards will continue to be funded to your card until the new Visa Card is launched in June 2025.
Any funds on a Serve Card will remain until the balance is spent down. There will not be any automatic balance transfers from one card to another.
Visa Cards Are Now Available!
Beginning in June 2025, all Atlantic Awards will be funded onto the new reloadable Atlantic Awards Visa Card. When eligible, you will be prompted in your account on the My Awards page to register.
The verification process for registering for an Atlantic Awards Visa Card is nearly identical to the previous process.
Card Balance
Atlantic Aviation cannot access your card balance. For balance or transaction history questions for the Visa Card, please visit mydashcard.com or call 833-848-5768.

No, to continue to receive the cash value of your Atlantic Awards, you will be required to register for the Atlantic Awards Visa Card. Registration for the Visa Card is now available, and you will be prompted when logged in to your account on the My Awards page when you are eligible to register.
No, there will not be automatic transfers from one card to the other. Any funds that you have on your American Express Serve Card will remain on that card until you spend down the balance.
American Express has announced that all Serve Prepaid Debit Accounts will be closed next year on June 3, 2026. Please refer to their website for more information.
If your Atlantic Awards were funded to a Serve Card that you don't have, please contact American Express Serve at 800-954-0559 or by visiting Serve.com.
If you received funds in 2025 to the Serve Card and the Visa Card, you will receive a 1099 reflecting your total earned amount. This total earned amount will be viewable in your Atlantic Gateway account.
