JT made sure that all my needs were met, including heated hangar space and a long term rental car-both at a fantastic rate. On departure, I noticed that my nose strut needed inflation. No problem. Terry arranged maintenance immediately, and we were off in 20 minutes. These folks really care! We will be back.
