    We would like to thank Cindy for her efforts on Nov. 6. We had called her about 45 minutes out and asked her to get us a rent car and hotel rooms. Some how she accomplished the task! The two line service people were great. We got in late and they really pitched in and helped us with the massive amount of baggage we had.

    I just couldn't pass up this opportunity to thank your staff for their help with our flight to JZI. I would really like to point out the fact that Caroline, the CSR helping me as I was going literally haywire, went above and beyond in every way, shape and form to help us with an issue we were having with our passenger's car rental. She really deserves a standing ovation for her diligence and attention to this matter. Where most would simply give up and refuse to help any further, she chose to shine.
