    There is nothing I can say to express my sincere thanks to the best Customer Service Rep I have ever met. Brenda, against all odds during college move-in week, found a Chevy Suburban for our passengers. This was a last minute special request by the owner and she and I were both worried that we were faced with the impossible. However, later that night - which was the night before departure - I received the news from Brenda that she found a Suburban. Unbelievable. This may seem a small detail, but it's this attention to detail that defines extraordinary. I am a fan for life and only wished that Brenda would pick up the phone every time I called, no matter where in the world. Thank you Brenda! It has been my pleasure entirely to have worked with you for our visit.

    Staff did a fantastic job in helping get our elderly passengers out of the plane. And the front desk girl was extremely helpful in getting our quick turn done so we could beat a storm system that was approaching from the north. Well done.
