Runway 10/28 Operational Impacts

Runway 10/28 will be closed in phases for remarking and construction. During impacted periods, all FAA NAVAIDs will be out of service, and runway length will be temporarily reduced to 4,190 feet. Additional movement of area closures are expected throughout the project and will be communicated as details are confirmed. Please monitor NOTAMs for the latest updates.

• April 13 - July 9, 2026 (Phase 2) : Runway 10/28 will be closed for two consecutive days to install the displaced threshold. During this time, runway length will be reduced to 4,190 feet, operations will be limited to Design Group B-II aircraft, and approaches to Runway 10 will be visual only. All NAVAIDs will be out of service.

• July 10 - August 2, 2026 (Phase 3A/B): Runway 10/28 closed. All associated NAVAIDs out of service.

Community and exclusive-use hangar space now available! Community hangar accommodates aircraft up to a Gulfstream 700 with a 27’11’’ door and radiant heat. Exclusive hangars include a 18,000 sq. ft. facility and a 30,000 sq. ft. facility with office suites (1,600 sq. ft. and 2,875 sq. ft.). Additional 575 sq. ft. office/shop space is also available.
