CUSTOMER COMMENTS

Tammy and Sue were very nice, friendly, and accommodating. The FBO is beautiful and well maintained. Staff was great.

I had a day trip from Florida to Wisconsin and back scheduled, with a very important appointment the following day: My daughter's first day of school. As a pilot, I have missed many milestones already and as it turned out, one of my engines refused to start for the return leg home. I had little time left in the duty day so it was apparent I needed to find an airline flight quickly to have a chance of getting home. Between phone calls to my dispatch, director of maintenance, and chief pilot, my attention was required to be on my job. Zack, Mike, and Sue recognized my plight and stepped up to help me out. Without them, I'm not sure I would have been able to find an airline flight that suitably returned me home. They helped me finish the booking process and also helped me decide the best option for transportation. Oh, and they did all this while also helping my company coordinate maintenance for the airplane and serve my upset passengers as well. Would you believe they also called me right when I showed up to the gate for my flight home, just to wish me the best? One promise left unbroken. These three represent Atlantic Aviation in the best possible way.

This was my first time landing at KUES. I flew up from Chicago to visit a friend for coffee who recently relocated and met him and his daughter for a while. When I arrived, I was greeted by the ground crew promptly. Once inside, I explained to the desk manager, Pamela, I was in town visiting friends who were unfamiliar with the FBO process and she spoke with one of the line coordinators to show us around the neighboring hangar and made popcorn for my friend's daughter; most likely the only child visiting that day. It was a personable experience made by bringing on the right people to manage Atlantic and people who care about the customer.
