In its early years our airport led the way in aviation innovation as the location of the world’s first radio equipped air traffic control tower and the first airfield lighting system. When you walk into our lobby, you are walking in the footsteps of legendary aviators. Our facility hosted the National Air Races in the 1940’s and legends such as Jimmy Doolittle, Cook Cleland, Jackie Cochran, Tex Johnston, Robin Olds, and Roscoe Turner were here. Our experienced and gracious staff will handle all your needs quickly and safely. Cleveland has much to offer, from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame to the world famous Cleveland Clinic.
