Runway 6/24 Rehabilitation Project

Maintenance and closures can be expected at Bradley International Airport (BDL) beginning April 21 and lasting until November 2025, due to the scheduled Runway 6/24 Rehabilitation Project. Please monitor NOTAMs for the latest information.

• April 21: Maintenance begins 
• May 1: Runway 6/24 will be closed and remain closed for the duration of the project. Runway 15/33 (6847' x 150') will remain open
• August 9: Airport closures begin overnight, 00:00L - 05:30L, on weekends. All runways closed during these closures
• November 21: Maintenance ends (date is approximate and dependent on weather and other conditions).
