Atlantic Aviation announced it has acquired Ferrovial Vertiports from Ferrovial, a leading global infrastructure company. The acquisition advances Atlantic Aviation’s commitment to leading the industry in the creation of sustainable infrastructure to support advanced air mobility (AAM) operations.

Atlantic Aviation announces the completion of a new 30-year lease agreement with Pitkin County, continuing its role as the fixed-base operator (FBO) at Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE). The landmark agreement underscores Atlantic Aviation’s dedication to providing incomparable service to the aviation industry while driving innovation, sustainability, and community engagement.

For 2025, simplicity and customer value remain front and center as the company enhances the Atlantic Awards program beginning on January 1st. As a complement to the popular Double Awards feature, Atlantic is adding two new ways for customers to earn Atlantic Awards – Bonus Awards and Trip Awards.

Atlantic Aviation has extended its concession agreement with NYCEDC and the City of New York for operations at the East 34th Street Heliport for the next five years. In keeping with NYCEDC’s mission of delivering sustainable infrastructure – Atlantic will soon upgrade utility infrastructure and install charging stations at the heliport to support electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft operations.

Atlantic Aviation is making unused ramp and hangar space available at a discounted rate to help operators whose aircraft’s primary location has been damaged by recent storms, or that may be impacted by future severe weather.
