Atlantic Aviation Expands Atlantic Ascend with Network-Wide Rollout
Atlantic Aviation today announced the network-wide rollout of Atlantic Ascend, the company's customer rewards program designed to help aircraft operators reduce operating costs through exclusive fuel savings and service fee rebates across Atlantic's nationwide network.
Following an initial rollout that began earlier this year, Atlantic used customer feedback and operational insights to refine program processes, enhance the participant experience, and strengthen the program's supporting infrastructure. With those foundational elements in place, Atlantic is now expanding Ascend across its entire network and accelerating enrollment efforts nationwide.
"Atlantic Ascend represents a long-term investment in helping our customers create more value from the flying they already do," said John Redcay, Chief Commercial Officer of Atlantic Aviation. "We took a thoughtful approach to the program's development, using the initial rollout period to validate processes, refine the customer experience, and ensure the program could scale effectively across our network. We're excited to now expand Ascend more broadly and bring these benefits to operators across the country."
Built specifically for business aviation operators, flight departments, charter operators, and aircraft owners, Atlantic Ascend offers two core benefits:
1. Exclusive fuel savings with your best available, non-negotiated Jet A pricing across our network
2. Quarterly rebates that can total up to 15% back on service fees paid at every Atlantic location
Unlike traditional rewards programs built around points accumulation, redemption structures, or limited-time offers, Atlantic Ascend provides straightforward savings that are tied directly to customer activity and automatically delivered through the program.
"Atlantic Awards and Atlantic Ascend serve two different audiences, but they share the same philosophy," said Redcay. "Atlantic Awards rewards individual pilots, while Ascend was built for the organizations behind the flying. Flight departments, charter operators, management companies, and aircraft owners now have a way to earn meaningful savings across their entire operation. Our customers told us they wanted a program that was easy to understand, scalable to their business, and delivered tangible value. Ascend was purpose-built to do exactly that, helping operators reduce costs while strengthening the long-term partnership they have with Atlantic Aviation."
The program is free to join, requires no contract, and is designed to provide operators with predictable value as they grow their relationship with Atlantic Aviation.

The network-wide rollout reflects Atlantic's ongoing commitment to delivering long-term value alongside the company's industry-leading hospitality, operational consistency, and nationwide footprint. As operators increasingly seek efficiency, predictability, and network-wide solutions, Atlantic Ascend creates additional ways for customers to benefit from choosing Atlantic across their operations.
