Supplier Code of Conduct
Atlantic Aviation is committed to conducting business with integrity, respect, and the highest standards of safety and professionalism. We expect the same of our suppliers, vendors, contractors, and service providers ("Suppliers"). This Supplier Code of Conduct (“Code”) outlines our expectations for ethical, legal, environmental, and operational practices throughout our aviation and fixed base operations.
Business Ethics and Integrity
Suppliers are expected to uphold the highest standards of business ethics and integrity by conducting their operations honestly, transparently, and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. They must strictly prohibit any form of corruption, including bribery, extortion, or embezzlement, and avoid any conflicts of interest in their interactions with Atlantic Aviation personnel or representatives. Fair competition is essential, and suppliers should never engage in anti-competitive practices. Additionally, they are required to safeguard the confidential and proprietary information of Atlantic Aviation and its customers, ensuring it is protected from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Policy
Suppliers must prioritize the health and safety of their employees, customers, and Atlantic Aviation personnel by maintaining safe working conditions and practices. They are expected to have policies in place to diligently monitor employee health and safety to ensure safe operations. Compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, airport authority rules, and safety management system (SMS) guidelines is essential. Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that employees are properly trained in safe aircraft handling, fueling, deicing, towing, and ramp operations where relevant. They must promptly report all incidents, near misses, and hazards to support continuous improvement and risk mitigation. Additionally, suppliers should actively work to minimize environmental impact and manage hazardous materials and aviation fuels responsibly.
Labor and Human Rights
Suppliers must uphold the rights of all workers and treat them with dignity and respect, fostering a workplace free from forced labor, child labor, harassment, and discrimination. They should ensure that workers are free to associate and communicate openly with management without fear of retaliation. In alignment with applicable labor laws, suppliers are expected to provide fair wages, benefits, and working conditions that support the well-being and equitable treatment of their workforce.
Compliance and Operational Excellence
Suppliers are required to comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and airport-specific aviation laws and regulations, including those established by the FAA, TSA, and DOT. They must maintain all necessary licenses, certifications, and authorizations to perform services within aviation environments. To support operational reliability and excellence, suppliers should implement robust quality assurance systems and be prepared to participate in audits and assessments upon request by Atlantic Aviation. In the event of the loss of license, certification or authorization, suppliers are required to promptly notify Atlantic Aviation.
Data Privacy and Cybersecurity
Suppliers must protect personal, financial, operational, and customer data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure by implementing strong data privacy and cybersecurity practices. Compliance with applicable data protection laws, such as the GDPR and CCPA, is essential to ensure responsible handling of sensitive information. In the event of a data breach that could impact Atlantic Aviation systems or customers, suppliers are required to promptly notify Atlantic Aviation to enable timely response and mitigation.
Sustainability
Suppliers are encouraged to actively support sustainability by reducing carbon emissions, energy consumption, and waste generation throughout their operations. Where feasible, they should utilize sustainable materials, packaging, and environmentally friendly alternatives to lessen environmental impact. All practices should align with Atlantic Aviation’s sustainability goals and environmental stewardship principles, reinforcing a shared commitment to responsible and eco-conscious business operations.
Reporting Concerns
Suppliers are expected to promptly report any unethical or unlawful behavior, violations of this Code of Conduct, or safety concerns. Reports can be made through Atlantic Aviation’s designated reporting channels or by directly contacting the Procurement or Legal department to ensure timely investigation and resolution.
Acknowledgment and Compliance
Atlantic Aviation reserves the right to monitor compliance and take corrective action or terminate engagements with Suppliers who violate this Code. We expect all Suppliers to read, understand, and implement the standards outlined herein.
Gifts and Entertainment
As a supplier to Atlantic Aviation, you must not offer gifts, hospitality, or other benefits to Atlantic Aviation employees—or to any third party on behalf of Atlantic Aviation—that could be perceived as a violation of our Code of Business Ethics or create a potential conflict of interest. Business relationships should always be conducted with the highest standards of integrity and transparency. Suppliers are expected to exercise good judgment to avoid situations that could compromise, or appear to compromise, the objectivity or independence of any Atlantic Aviation employee. Under no circumstances should suppliers offer or accept gifts or benefits such as cash, loans, gift cards, kickbacks, personal services, unethical favors, vacations, or similar advantages directed to individuals. This policy applies both during, and outside of, active sourcing events, including but not limited to, RFPs, contracting and price negotiations.
