Eligibility

Any customer who owns, manages, or is otherwise responsible for at least one fixed-wing Jet A aircraft may enroll in Atlantic Ascend. Some restrictions apply.

One Atlantic Ascend membership per Atlantic customer/organization is permitted. It is recommended that an individual with fleet and/or financial oversight for the customer registers and manages the membership.

A tail can only be assigned to one Atlantic Ascend membership, so the primary operator of each aircraft should claim the tail for their membership. Any subsequent requests to add a tail to an Atlantic Ascend membership of another customer may result in that tail being removed from the prior customer’s membership.

Customers must have a minimum of 20 trips to Atlantic Aviation FBOs annually (excludes tenant trips at home).

Customers must own, manage, or be responsible for at least one fixed-wing Jet A aircraft.

Any aircraft added to an account during a quarter will not be included in market share calculations until the next full quarter. Any aircraft removed from a membership during a quarter will be removed for the entire quarter (even if trips were made while the aircraft was still owned). Our goal is to keep this process simple as we are unable to track aircraft ownership changes down to the date the transaction was completed.

Yes. However, a few exceptions are currently in place: customers who already have an existing network contract with Atlantic Aviation, commercial (Part 121) and cargo operators, and military or government operators.

All fixed-wing aircraft that consume Jet A fuel are eligible for Atlantic Ascend (both for Fuel Savings and Service Fee Savings). Any type of non-fixed-wing or non-Jet A aircraft are ineligible for Atlantic Ascend.

Any tails which are unable to be publicly tracked will not contribute towards eligibility or market share measurement.

However, eligible service fees incurred by blocked tails are still eligible for rebates as long as market share requirements are met.

Once approved, customers remain active in the Atlantic Ascend program and eligible for their Fuel Savings benefit. Service Fee Savings are available to customers who meet the 50% market share threshold in a quarter. Should eligibility requirements cease to be met or other material factors change, Atlantic may make adjustments to membership at any time.

Earning

Customers must achieve 50% or greater market share (visits to Atlantic FBOs divided by flights to Atlantic airports) in competitive Atlantic Aviation locations during the entire quarter. Customers earn higher rebates with higher market share levels above the 50% minimum threshold.

If customers achieve 50% or greater market share for more than one consecutive quarter, their rebates will be multiplied 2x for two consecutive quarters and 3x for three or more consecutive quarters.

All competitive airports (i.e. more than one FBO option at the airport) served by Atlantic Aviation – to see the full list of locations, click here and filter by Atlantic Ascend Market Share.

Yes.

Yes, all Atlantic Aviation FBOs are included with Service Fee Savings. While the airports only serviced by Atlantic do not count towards the market share calculation, service fees paid at those FBOs will be included in calculating rebates.

1) Non-tenant parking fees, 2) Non-tenant hangar fees, 3) Facility fees, 4) Drop off fees, 5) GPU fees, 6) Lavatory servicing fees, 7) Water servicing fees, 8) Security fees. All other fees, including airport-assessed fees, are currently ineligible for Service Fee Savings.

At this time, only the above-mentioned fees are eligible for Service Fee Savings.

Yes, Atlantic Ascend members do enjoy exclusive Fuel Savings.

No.

Market share and fee tracking commences on the first day of the next calendar quarter after successful enrollment in the program.

Depending on customer market share, a certain savings percentage is set for the entire quarter (e.g., 3%). That percentage is multiplied for all eligible service fees for the entire quarter (e.g., $50,000 x 3% = $1,500).
