I just want to thank the IAH Team! They are always so helpful!!! The CSRs always answer with a smile in their voice and over the phone. I had a case where I was not in office last Friday. Our department received a very important FedEX freight delivery. I did not want the delivery returned, and I called Celeste and explained the urgency of the delivery. She coordinated with line service. Mike, one of your line techs, is the one who went down to our hangar and chased down FedEx ground. He assisted in ensuring the delivery was placed in a safe and proper place. It was going over and beyond to help us and I can't say enough THANKS!!!! Kudos to Celeste and Mike and Team IAH Atlantic!
