    I would like to thank Al and Mike as well as Cee and Charles for excellent service provided to us. We experienced a mechanical issue shortly before departure and the Atlantic team was there to help us. Al and Mike helped support us through the mechanical issue assisting with passenger baggage and notifying us of our passengers arrival. Cee and Charles assisted us with contacting various maintenance facilities at the airport to coordinate maintenance. Due to the flight delay, the trip was close to being canceled, but thanks to the team effort of the Atlantic staff we were able to depart only an hour behind schedule. Thank you very much to all involved!!
