Atlantic Aviation has expanded in the Lone Star State with the completion of its acquisition and initial renovations of Textar Aviation, one of the largest FBO properties on Dallas Love Field (DAL). This newest acquisition in the Dallas-Fort Worth area gives Atlantic an FBO presence at 15 of the top 20 business aviation airports in the nation, based on business aircraft operations.

As the United Nations holds its Mountain Partnership Global Meeting in Aspen next week, Atlantic Aviation and Avfuel Corporation partnered to substantially increase the supply of Neste MY Sustainable Aviation FuelTM at Atlantic's FBO at Aspen-Pitken County Airport (ASE) to ensure availability for air operations surrounding the event.

Atlantic Aviation’s FBO at Waterbury-Oxford Airport (OXC) in Oxford, Connecticut opened the doors this week to its newly constructed U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) facility. The custom-built, state-of-the-art, 4,000 square foot facility features briefing rooms, holding areas and closed-interview capabilities. Most important, it offers international travelers a time-saving alternative to other U.S. Customs gateways in the region.

Atlantic Aviation has expanded its FBO footprint in the Caribbean sands with closing today of its acquisition of Blue Heron Aviation at Providenciales International Airport (PLS) in the Turks and Caicos Islands. The purchase of Blue Heron’s facilities at PLS expands Atlantic Aviation’s presence in the region, as it also serves business aviation clients in George Town (GCM) and Cayman Brac (CYB), Cayman Islands.

Atlantic Aviation announced it has added significantly to its network presence and operational leadership with the completion of its combination with Ross Aviation. In addition, the Company has acquired three former TAC Air fixed-base operations at Omaha, Nebraska (OMA); Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina (RDU); and Hartford, Connecticut (BDL). The combined companies and new locations will operate under the Atlantic Aviation brand name and will build upon their shared cultures of safe, efficient and friendly FBO services across North America.
